This notice explains what 3Elements Construction Limited does with the personal information you give us through this website, and what rights you have over it.

Who we are
3Elements Construction Limited (trading as 3 Elements Construction) is the data controller for the information described here. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 11257921, registered office 21 Clovelly Road, Edenthorpe, Doncaster, DN3 2PE. We trade from Unit 5 Durham Lane, Armthorpe, Doncaster, DN3 3FE.

What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, email address, telephone number, the type of work you are asking about, and whatever you write in the message. Nothing else on this site collects personal data about you.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
We use it to answer your enquiry, quote for the work and, where you go ahead, to carry the job out. The lawful basis is legitimate interests: you have contacted us asking to be contacted back, and replying is what you would reasonably expect. Where an enquiry becomes a job, we also process it to perform our contract with you.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become work are kept for no more than 24 months, so we can pick up the thread if you come back to us, and then deleted. Where an enquiry becomes a job, the records are kept for six years after the work finishes, which is the period we may need them for tax and for any claim arising out of the work.
Who else sees it
Your enquiry is sent to us by email through Mailjet, who transmit it on our behalf, and it arrives in our Microsoft 365 mailbox. Neither uses your information for their own purposes. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone else unless we are legally required to.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies. There is no analytics, no advertising tracking and no third-party embeds that profile you. Project photographs are served from our content platform, Sanity, which does not track you. Because nothing non-essential is stored on your device, there is no cookie banner to accept or refuse.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, and object to our using it. Email us at enquiries@3elementsconstruction.co.uk and we will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would rather you raised it with us first so we can put it right.
