3Elements Construction built us a two storey extension to give us some extra room for our growing family. They started the foundations a few weeks before the first lockdown as we booked them for a spring start the year before. Given the uncertainty and difficulties we all faced at that time they went above and beyond to keep the project moving. With three young children they were considerate and respectful and communicated with us at all steps along the way. Since the extension has been completed Michael and Kane have always been available for advice and support, even helping us out recently when a dishwasher installation didn't go to plan. We recently had a full house refurbishment done by 3Elements Construction, and honestly, they were brilliant. The team turned up on time every day, kept us updated on what was happening, and were really easy to deal with. The work itself looks fantastic and they left everything neat and tidy when they were done. The whole job was finished on schedule and without any surprise costs, which was a huge relief. Any issues encountered since they finished, which was more to do with defective materials than the actual works, were sorted without hesitation. Michael kept in contact and was an absolutely brilliant person to deal with. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable builders. A truly exceptional construction business that has conducted extensive work on my house. They've rebuilt a garage extension, kitchen and remodelled my conservatory. The garage is built to an exceptionally high standard and will easily convert to a living area if wished in the future because of how it has been cleverly structured. Every care was taken to match bricks and provide indoor and outdoor electricity access & lighting. The kitchen looks beautiful and despite having a lot more storage now, looks so much bigger with the new doorway and units. The new layout and modern lighting is ultra amazing! The conservatory floor and new lighting is a huge improvement. Whenever any issues arose, Michael and Kane responded immediately, without any delays whatsoever!
